In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 liter of milk with condensed milk and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 liter of milk with 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. Stir until the cornstarch dissolves completely.
Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering milk, stirring constantly until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
Once thickened, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly.
