Cloud-Like Yogurt Dough: A Secret to Soft and Fluffy Treats

In a small bowl, mix 6 g dried yeast with 30 g honey and about 100 g of warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy and bubbly.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine 250 g yogurt and the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.

Gradually add 270 g flour, mixing until a soft dough starts to form.

Add 1 egg and continue kneading for about 5-7 minutes. The dough should feel smooth and slightly sticky, but not too wet.

3️⃣ Let the Dough Rise:
Cover the dough with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place, or until it doubles in size.

4️⃣ Shape and Bake:
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to remove any air bubbles. Shape it into your desired form—whether it’s rolls, bread, or any other treat.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
