Add the Semolina:
Slowly add the semolina to the simmering milk while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency.
Sweeten and Flavor:
Stir in the sugar (or sweetener of choice), a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Continue stirring for another minute until the sugar dissolves completely.
Serve:
Pour the semolina porridge into bowls. Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, fresh berries, or your favorite fruit for added flavor and color.
