Classic Marinated Cucumber, Tomato, and Onion Salad

Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly, and cut the tomatoes into wedges or chunks, depending on your preference.
Slice the red onion thinly.
Step 2: Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and dried oregano until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 3: Combine the Ingredients
In a large bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Step 4: Marinate and Serve
Allow the salad to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. For even better flavor, marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, give the salad a quick toss to redistribute the dressing.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley or dill, if desired, and serve chilled.
