Classic Italian Tiramisu

Quickly dip each sponge finger into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Arrange a layer of soaked sponge fingers at the bottom of your serving dish or glasses.

Assemble the Tiramisu:

Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the biscuit layer.

Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped biscuits and finish with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill the Dessert:

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

Final Touch:

Just before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder.
