Classic Italian Stromboli: A Flavor-Packed Rolled Delight

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Dough:

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 10×14 inches. Make sure it’s even and not too thick.

Layer the Ingredients:

In the center of the dough, evenly layer the cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, sliced pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle garlic powder and dried oregano over the filling for extra flavor. Leave about 1-inch of space along the edges of the dough to allow for folding and sealing.

Roll Up the Stromboli:

Carefully roll the dough over the filling, starting from one long edge. As you roll, gently tuck in the sides to keep the filling secure inside.

Pinch the seams together at the edges to fully seal the stromboli.
