“Cinnamon Caramel-Coated Oyster Crackers: A Sweet and Crunchy Snack Delight”

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Caramel Sauce:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the caramel sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
Coat the Crackers:

Place the oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the caramel sauce over the crackers and gently stir to coat them evenly. Be careful not to crush the crackers as you stir.
Bake the Crackers:

Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through the baking time to ensure the caramel coats all the crackers evenly. The crackers should become golden and crispy.
Cool and Serve:

Once the crackers are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. The caramel will harden as it cools, creating a crunchy, sweet coating.
Serve:

Once cooled, serve the Cinnamon Caramel-Coated Oyster Crackers as a sweet snack or store them in an airtight container for up to a week.
