Cilantro Lime Chicken: A Zesty, Flavorful Dish for Any Occasion

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken:

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
Cook the Chicken:

Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Pan-Sear: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
Serve:

Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite side dishes, or slice and add it to tacos, salads, or wraps.
