Christmas Crudités: A Festive and Colorful Veggie Platter

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
Slice the cucumber into rounds or cut into sticks, depending on your preference.
Slice the bell pepper into long strips, and cut the celery into sticks.
Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Cut the radishes into thin slices, and cut the baby carrots in half if they are too large.
Step 2: Arrange the Crudités
On a large platter or serving tray, arrange the vegetables in groups, creating a colorful, festive display.
Use the fresh herbs to garnish the platter, tucking them around the veggies for added holiday cheer.
Step 3: Make the Dip
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and dill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip into a small bowl and place it in the center of the vegetable platter for easy dipping.
