Chocolate & Vanilla Panna Cotta

Place 7 dessert glasses at a slanted angle in a muffin tin.

In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup cold milk with 2 1/4 tsp gelatin. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir to dissolve.

In a saucepan, heat the cream, Nutella, and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Do not bring it to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until dissolved.

Pour the mixture evenly into the slanted glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Dark Chocolate Layer:

In a small saucepan, combine the cream, chopped chocolate, and honey. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring until the chocolate melts.

Add sifted cocoa powder and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely.

Once the Nutella layer is set, carefully pour the chocolate mixture over it. Refrigerate for another 2 hours until set.

Vanilla Layer:

In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup milk with 2 1/4 tsp gelatin. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir to dissolve.

In a saucepan, heat the cream with sugar over medium heat until warm. Remove from heat and add the vanilla essence.

Stir in the gelatin mixture until fully combined.

Let the mixture cool before carefully pouring it over the set dark chocolate layer. Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours or until completely set.
