Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Chill the crust in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set.
Make the Filling:

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add sour cream, melted dark chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Bake the Cheesecake:

Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
Bake at 325°F (163°C) for about 50–55 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the center. The edges should be lightly golden.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to firm up.
Top the Cheesecake:

Garnish with freshly sliced strawberries and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
