Chocolate + Mint = The Perfect St. Patrick’s Day Cookie!

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the Dough
In a bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and green food coloring.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
3️⃣ Shape & Bake
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until set (but not browned).
4️⃣ Coat in Powdered Sugar
