Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies Delight

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. If the dough feels too thick, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it softens up.
Step 2: Add the Chocolate and Marshmallows
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips (or chunks) until evenly distributed through the dough. Be careful not to overmix to keep the marshmallows intact.
If you prefer, you can reserve a few marshmallows to add on top before baking for an extra gooey effect.
Step 3: Shape and Bake the Cookies
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Gently flatten each cookie dough ball with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
Step 4: Cool and Enjoy
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy your warm Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies Delight with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!
