Chocolate Fluffy Cake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Butter and flour a baking mold (a round cake pan or individual molds works best).

Step 2: Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together. You can use a double boiler or melt them in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each session, until fully melted and smooth.

Step 3: Mix in Sugar
Once the chocolate and butter are melted, stir in the sugar. Mix well until you get a smooth, homogeneous texture.

Step 4: Add Eggs
Beat in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 5: Add Flour
Sift the flour and gently fold it into the batter. Mix just until incorporated—don’t overwork it.

Step 6: Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared mold, and smooth the top.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired texture. For a gooey center, bake for less time; for a firmer texture, bake a little longer.

Step 7: Cool and Serve
Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing it from the mold.

Let it cool completely before serving. If you prefer it warm, enjoy it with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce!
