Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies – Soft, Chewy & Irresistible!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Butter & Cream Cheese:
In a mixing bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Wet Ingredients:
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.

Fold in Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Scoop & Bake:
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Cool & Enjoy!
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container!
