Chocolate Almond Coconut Layer Bars

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated and crumbly.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, creating an even layer. Bake for about 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Prepare the Filling:

In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, chopped almonds, chocolate chips, and the can of sweetened condensed milk.
Pour this filling mixture over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly across the top.
Bake the Bars:

Bake the bars in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
Add the Topping:

While the bars are baking, melt the dark or milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
Once the bars are out of the oven, pour the melted chocolate over the top, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips or chopped almonds on top for garnish.
Chill and Serve:

Let the bars cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, place the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set and make them easier to cut into squares.
Slice into squares or bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
