Ingredients
For the Sauce:
3 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
For the Stir-Fry:
5 tablespoons peanut or canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and julienned
3-4 red chilies, finely chopped
3 sprigs (½ cup) fresh curry leaves
1 pound tiger prawns, cleaned and shelled
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
To Thicken & Finish:
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
