Chickpea Patties Recipe | The Best Chickpea Recipe Ever!

In a large bowl, mash the cooked chickpeas and boiled potatoes together until well combined, leaving some texture for bite.

Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the mixture.

Season with black pepper, salt, and cumin. Stir everything together until evenly mixed.

Chop the parsley finely and mix it into the chickpea-potato mixture.
