Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor.
Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Let them simmer for 2–3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
