Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese and surround it with the halved cherry tomatoes.
Add the minced garlic and drizzle the olive oil over everything.
Sprinkle the dried oregano over the feta and tomatoes.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
Cook the Chicken:
While the feta is baking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it into strips or cubes.
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, saving a bit of pasta water.
