Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange the breaded chicken rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Bake the Chicken:
Drizzle the melted butter over the breaded chicken rolls.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the breading is golden brown.

Remove the toothpicks from the chicken and transfer the rolls to a serving platter. Serve with your favorite sides.
