Chicken Cordon Bleu

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about 1/4-inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Cordon Bleu:

Lay a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of ham on each chicken breast.

Fold the edges of the chicken over the cheese and ham, then roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
