Lay a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure the edges with toothpicks.
Coat:
Dredge the rolled chicken in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.
Bake:
Place the chicken rolls on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Remove the toothpicks, slice, and serve immediately.
