Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf: A Flavorful Twist on a Classic Comfort Food

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Stuff the Meatloaf:
Lay a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper on a flat surface. Shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf shape on the paper, then press a groove down the center. Fill the groove with shredded cheddar cheese and diced green bell pepper. Carefully fold the sides of the meatloaf over the filling and press to seal.

Bake the Meatloaf:
Place the stuffed meatloaf on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side dish.
