Cheesy Stuffed Bread

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Mix the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and garlic powder. Stir in the dried Italian herbs, and season with salt and pepper. If you’re using pepperoni and spinach, add them to the cheese mixture.

Stuff the Dough:
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Roll the dough tightly from one edge to the other, forming a log. Pinch the seams to seal.

Brush and Season:
Place the stuffed bread seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with a little extra garlic powder or Italian herbs for added flavor.

Bake the Bread:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.

Serve:
Once baked, let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing into rounds. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
