Cheesy Salami Breakfast Baguette Bake – A Quick and Comforting Savory Treat

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the bread: Slice the baguette or white bread into pieces and arrange them in a baking dish. Lightly spread tomato paste or ketchup over each slice.

Layer the toppings: Add slices of salami on top of the bread, followed by the sliced tomato.

Add the cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheese generously over the salami and tomato.

Crack the eggs: Crack the two eggs over the cheesy layers, ensuring the yolks are intact for a beautiful presentation.

Season: Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the eggs and cheese to taste. You can also add a little extra seasoning or herbs for more flavor.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped spring onions over the top for a fresh, vibrant finish.
