Cheesy Potato Rounds: Crispy, Cheesy Perfection

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Potatoes:

Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Season the Potatoes:

Bake the Potatoes:
