Cheesy Potato and Onion Casserole

Fry for Crispiness (Optional): Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and lightly fry the mixture for a crispy texture before baking.

Bake the Casserole: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Serve & Enjoy: Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
