Cheesy Meatball-Stuffed Tagliatelle Nests: A One-Pan Comfort Food Masterpiece

In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning them until they’re cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add marinara sauce and bring it to a simmer.

Form the Nests:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Take the cooked tagliatelle and arrange it in small nests within the skillet (if it’s oven-safe). Gently nest the pasta, and in the center of each nest, place a meatball. Stuff each meatball with a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese, allowing it to melt as it bakes.

Bake the Nests:

Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the nests and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
