Cheesy Homemade Pizza Rolls (Better Than Store-Bought!)


Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assemble the Rolls: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, chopped meat, and Italian seasoning across the surface.

Roll and Slice: Carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Use a sharp knife to slice it into 1-inch rolls.

Bake: Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Cook Until Golden: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
