1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme – Infuses the filling with aromatic herbs.

1 clove garlic, minced (optional) – Enhances the savory flavor.

How to Make
Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add warm milk and olive oil, stirring until a rough dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, chopped parsley, dried herbs, and garlic (if using).

Shape the Flatbreads: Divide the dough into 6 equal balls. Roll each ball into a small circle (about 6 inches in diameter).

Stuff and Seal: Place 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over and press the edges to seal, then gently roll it out again to flatten slightly.

Cook the Flatbreads: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and puffy. Brush with melted butter for extra flavor.
