Cheesy Ham and Egg Muffin Cups

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Bread:

Cut the bread slices into quarters or smaller pieces so they fit nicely into the muffin cups. Press the bread pieces into the muffin cups to form a base.

Layer the Ham and Cheese:

Place a slice of cheese in each muffin cup, then add a slice of ham on top of the cheese.

Add the Grated Cheese:

Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese over the ham in each muffin cup.

Crack the Eggs:

Carefully crack an egg into each muffin cup, directly on top of the cheese and ham layers. Be careful not to break the yolk.

Bake:

Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your desired level of doneness. If you prefer a runnier yolk, check around 15 minutes; for a fully cooked egg, bake a little longer.

Serve:

Allow the muffin cups to cool for a minute before removing them from the tin. Serve warm, and enjoy!
