Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread (No Kneading Required!)

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the yogurt and melted butter until a sticky dough forms. No kneading is needed—just mix until combined.

Let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes while you prepare the garlic butter.

Make the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Assemble the Bread:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a round baking dish, loaf pan, or cast iron skillet.

Divide dough into small rough balls or spoonfuls, and layer them into the dish.

Drizzle garlic butter over the dough and sprinkle shredded cheeses generously on top.

Bake:

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and cheese is bubbly.

Let cool slightly before pulling apart and serving.
