Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower: A Low-Carb Comfort Food Delight

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Cauliflower:

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all florets are evenly coated.
Bake the Cauliflower:

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they begin to soften and develop golden edges.
Add the Cheese:

Garnish and Serve:
