Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps: A Quick, Flavorful, and Cheesy Meal

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven’t already, cook the chicken breasts by grilling, baking, or pan-searing them. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. If you’re using spinach, place a handful of spinach in the center of each tortilla. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, making sure to leave enough room around the edges to fold them.

Fold and Cook: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Once the wraps are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove them from the skillet and serve immediately. Drizzle with sour cream or ranch dressing for extra flavor.
