Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps: A Flavorful, Quick Meal

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet, set it aside to rest for a few minutes, and then slice it into thin strips.
2. Make the Garlic Cheese Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Stir the mixture into the skillet with the garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Assemble the Wraps:

Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
Spread a spoonful of the creamy garlic cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
Layer the sliced chicken on top of the sauce and sprinkle with extra mozzarella or Parmesan cheese if desired.
Add fresh spinach or lettuce if you prefer a crunchy texture.
4. Roll the Wraps:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling.
5. Serve and Garnish:

Slice the wraps in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve immediately with a side of your choice, such as fries, chips, or a light salad.
