Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps: A Flavorful and Easy Meal

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Make the Garlic Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
Assemble the Wraps:

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
Spread a generous amount of garlic sauce on the center of each tortilla.
Layer the sliced chicken on top of the sauce, followed by a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Grill the Wraps:

Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until the wraps are golden and the cheese inside has melted.
Serve:

Remove the wraps from the skillet and slice them in half. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a burst of color and flavor.
