Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups: A Gooey, Flavorful Snack for All Occasions

Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Baking Sheet:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the rollups from sticking.

Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into individual triangles along the perforated lines.

Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder (if using), and salt until well combined.

Assemble the Rollups:
Brush each triangle of dough generously with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each triangle.

Roll and Shape:
Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up tightly to enclose the cheese. Place the rolled-up dough on the prepared baking sheet, making sure the seam side is facing down.

Bake the Rollups:
Bake the rollups in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve:
Once the rollups are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness. Serve warm and enjoy!
