In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and chopped dill.

Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish and layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Spread half of the meat mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Add a layer of sautéed mushrooms and drizzle some of the creamy sauce over the top.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, meat mixture, and mushrooms.
Pour the rest of the creamy sauce over the top and finish with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Bake and Serve
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
