Cheesy Baked Pepperoni Stromboli

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll Out the Dough:
Roll the refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.

Layer the Fillings:
Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Roll It Up:
Starting with one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape, pinching the seams to seal.

Brush with Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the top of the stromboli. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Bake:
Place the stromboli on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve:
Slice into portions and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley.
