Cheesy Bacon Beef Roll-Ups

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to avoid sticking.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, seasoned with garlic powder and black pepper, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

3️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the crescent or pizza dough on a flat surface. Layer the mozzarella cheese, cooked ground beef, and chopped bacon evenly on top of the dough.

4️⃣ Roll and Seal:
Carefully roll up the dough, ensuring the filling stays inside, and seal the edges tightly.

5️⃣ Brush and Bake:
Place the roll-up on the prepared baking sheet and brush the top with melted butter for a golden finish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.

6️⃣ Add the Cheddar:
Once baked, add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the roll-ups. Allow them to melt for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
