Cheesy Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Wraps

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
In one bowl, place breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, and in another bowl, beat the egg.
Dip each piece of chicken first in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks well.
2. Air Fry the Chicken
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Place the breaded chicken in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
3. Assemble the Wraps
While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Once the chicken is cooked, place it on a cutting board and slice it into strips.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of marinara sauce onto each tortilla, then place the sliced chicken strips in the center.
Top with a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
4. Roll and Air Fry Again
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly, securing the chicken and cheese inside.
Spray the outside of the wraps with a little olive oil, then place them back in the air fryer.
Air fry for another 3-5 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until the wraps are crispy and the cheese has melted inside.
5. Serve and Enjoy
Remove the wraps from the air fryer and slice them in half.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
