Cheesecake Fruit Salad: A Dreamy Dessert Salad for Every Occasion

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add the Greek yogurt or sour cream and mix until well combined. If using, fold in the whipped topping for extra creaminess.

Prepare the Fruit:

Wash and prepare the fruit by hulling and halving the strawberries, halving the grapes, chopping the apple, and slicing the banana. Add all the fruit to a large bowl.

Assemble the Salad:

Gently fold the cheesecake filling into the fruit, being careful not to crush the fruit. Mix until everything is well coated in the creamy cheesecake filling.

Add the Crunchy Topping:

In a small bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans or walnuts. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the salad for added texture and flavor.

Drizzle with Caramel:

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the assembled salad just before serving.

Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
