Gradually fold in the mashed cassava tape to the egg and butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients:
Slowly add the dry ingredients (flour mixture) to the wet mixture, stirring gently to combine.
Add Grated Cheese:
Stir in the grated cheese until it’s evenly distributed in the batter.
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve once fully cooled.
