Cheese Ball with 3 Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the grated mozzarella cheese, cornstarch, egg, and a pinch of salt (if desired).
Mix everything together with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands until it reaches a smooth, non-sticky consistency.

Once the dough is smooth, form small balls with your hands, roughly the size of a marble.
Place the cheese balls in a greased pan.

Refrigerate the cheese balls for 30 minutes to firm them up.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully fry the cheese balls in batches, turning them as needed until golden and crispy.
Once cooked, drain the cheese balls on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
5. Serve
Serve the cheese balls warm for the best texture and flavor.
