Form the beef into a patty and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the burger and let them melt while cooking the other side.
Caramelize the Onions:
In a separate pan, heat butter or olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become golden and soft.
Once done, set aside to top the burger.
Bake the Sweet Potato:
Pierce the sweet potato with a fork and bake it at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes, or microwave for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Split it open, mash slightly, and add butter, salt, and black pepper.
Steam the Broccoli:
Steam the broccoli florets for 5 minutes or until tender.
Season with salt, garlic powder, and butter if desired.
Plate & Serve:
Arrange the burger with caramelized onions, the mashed sweet potato, and the steamed broccoli on a plate.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
