Cheddar-Crusted Ground Beef and Rice Casserole – A Comforting, Cheesy Delight

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.

Cook the Beef Mixture:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion. Stir occasionally until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
