Carrot Walnut Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Add Carrots and Walnuts:
Stir in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts.

Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
Let the cake cool in the pan before serving. Slice and enjoy!
