Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Tart

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet. Using a fork, gently prick the center of the pastry to prevent it from puffing up too much. Leave about a 1-inch border around the edges for a crust.

Assemble the Tart:

Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving the edges clear. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the onions.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crisp, and the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.

Serve:

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary, if desired. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
