Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Tart

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Caramelize the Onions:

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions become soft and golden brown. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Once the onions are caramelized, stir in 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vinegar is absorbed and the onions are even more caramelized. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Puff Pastry:
